Biography
As an advocate of collaborative law, Daniel provides his clients with an approach to family law disputes that aims to resolve such issues by way of a non-litigious form of dispute resolution.
Partner of the Year Finalist
Daniel has acted in several trials before the Family Courts of Australia regarding complex parenting and property matters and has the confidence of his clients to achieve the best outcome. Daniel now focuses on family law matters having previously gained experience in criminal law and intervention order matters. Drawing upon this knowledge, Daniel provides practical advice to his clients on a range of matters including care arrangements for children, intervention orders, complex property and financial settlements, prenuptial agreements and interstate and international relocation of children.
Daniel graduated with a Juris Doctor, Master of Law, from RMIT University and went on to complete his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law. Daniel previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts majoring in criminology and political science at the University of Melbourne. Daniel was recently selected as a Finalist in the Lawyers Weekly, Australian Law Awards as Partner of the Year.
Daniel is actively engaged with a number of support communities within Melbourne, tackling some of the difficulties associated with separation and divorce. Otherwise Daniel is passionate about music, having trained as a classical guitarist for 11 years, and his rescued greyhound.
