    Hi all,
    This has been the biggest challenge, I have a Partner, busy job and look after my daughter 50% of the time. I joined the local Gym for 32 a fortnight and cant seem to find the time to get their. I get home around 6-6.30pm, on the week that my daughter is with me, i am cooking and getting her dinner and tending to house duties. On the week she’s not with me, I find that by the time I get home its having dinner with my partner, either i will cook or she will or we will get take-away. Any ideas of people for motivation or tips from people that have been able to fit exercise in also would be great.
